Great bag!
Rugged, pretty and very well designed. I love this bag! Some have complained about the handles not staying on the shoulder. Just cross the handles, folks.

Not the bag for me
I have several of the MZWallace bags (large Abby, Paige crossbody, Frankie, Kate). I love them. Other people have complained about the rolled leather handles on other bags but I never had an issue. The handles on this bag I hate. They are impossible to keep on your shoulder. I have to use the crossbody strap to use the bag at all. I am giving it two starts because my puppy tried to destroy this bag and was unable to so it deserves an extra star for that. It is a rugged bag but I have all kinds of regret that I did not get the soho instead. I will be giving this bag away, if I can find a taker.

FRUSTRATING BAG
I wanted to love this bag so much. It has room and storage for days. Exterior side pockets for water bottles or your umbrella. It DOES NOT stay on your shoulder. Using it crossbody, it’s way too big! No matter the shirt or jacket you wear, it falls off of your body. What a horrible design. They should have put suede on the straps for more grip. A complete waste of money - find a better option!

Love this multi-use bag!
I love this bag! It can hold anything from my laptop to water bottle and anything in between. Great for meetings, babysitting grandchildren, day trips, etc. I mostly use the crossbody strap so that my hands are free. I like the top zip so that nothing can fall out!
