I like this bag better than the Sutton because it can attach to your suitcase and it is a firmer bag it does not sag as much as the other MZW bags. The size is perfect plus it has side pockets for water bottle. Love this bag!!

Terrible Straps
This tote is beautiful and has such great organization. But the tote straps slip off the shoulder constantly. If you are willing to use the long side-attached shoulder strap and never use the tote straps then it can work. It was useless as a tote I could casually carry on my shoulder. Just not sure it’s worth the price if I have to compromise function.

lightweight and functional
I love Mz Wallace but never bought one of the metro styles because they lacked exterior pockets. The Max totally solved this problem! It looks great and holds a lot. The side pockets can hold a 32oz water bottle. I use the others for my phone, keys, and pencils. So easy to slip frequently used items in and out, while the zippered pocket inside keeps other things secure. I need to twist the straps to keep them on my shoulder. The luggage sleeve is particularly helpful. So happy with this purchase!

Almost...
Pros: Neutral grey color , roomy and large size, lightweight, key strap, removable crossbody strap, so many pockets you can’t even use them all.
Cons: One of the straps constantly slides off of my shoulders, so deep you lose things in the bottom, crossbody strap buckle hit my collarbone making it uncomfortable if wearing for a long period of time.
Overall I am disappointed with it. I ended up splurging on a tote that stands up on its own and has a wider opening. It may not have as many bells and whistles but it’s a hundred times more functional for me.

love love
I love this bag! The quality, the look, and the amount that you can fit in an organized manner is a huge selling point. The strap does tend to slip, but the other qualities outweigh this one con. I would recommend.

Good weigh; good idea; terrible functionality
I bought this for traveling and have to say after taking one trip with it this bag was the source of my frustration on my trip. It's a pretty bag from a looks perspective and the weight is ideal, however from a functionality perspective it needs some work. The loose structure made it difficult to find things I was searching for in a pinch. The narrow pockets intended for a cell phone is super tight for an iPhone 12 phone. The interior pockets need some revision with respect to depth and width. And then there's the most irritating part - the straps. These straps couldn't stay on my shoulder to save their lives! Walking through the airports was beyond irritating with how often I had to readjust the shoulder straps on my shoulder in order to keep them in place. I could think of some simple innovations that could be used here and I don't even design bags. MZ needs to use their bag and then elect to innovate if I'm ever to purchase another bag from them. This bag will be going back, needless to say.
