Deluxe Large Metro Tote

Originally bought the regular large Metro but switched to the deluxe and so glad I did. It seems to have a bit more overall structure to it along with all the other enhancements. It was perfect for a 3 night getaway and fit under the United plane seat as my 1 personal item with no issues (shoved my purse inside prior to boarding). Reason for deducting 1 star is the well known strap slipping issue so I had to make additional purchase online for a purse strap gummy thing to help hold straps and at this price point I kinda resent spending more just so the straps don’t slip. Overall it was still worth it to me and the bag was great for my 3 night trip to NYC.

I'll admit that I am pretty obsessed with the MZ Wallace Metro Tote. I have the medium deluxe, which is great for a full day out-and-about or as a gym/work tote. But this bug beauty is a travel staple. It has all the great pockets and pouches you need to organize your carry-on necessities and it has the trolley sleeve, so navigating crowded airports is a breeze. Plus, if you're a bit of a maniac like me, you can fit your daily purse inside the tote so you have something smaller upon arrival. The polished look is simple and classic, and I know I look like an effortless, style-mavin as I glide through travel days. Grab one, you won't be sorry!

I do not understand the positive reviews for this cheap, flimsy bag. What you can’t see from the photos is how the cheap nylon top flops around, making it difficult to open the bag, or that it’s completely shapeless once you put anything in it. For the quality, it’s way overpriced. If I bought this on Amazon, I’d expect to pay about $30. And I’d still be disappointed. I’m returning it.

This is a very good quality bag, however, size info states this bag as 15”W x 16”H x 10”D, but the one I received is 24”W x 16”H x 10”D, which is way too big for every day use. Wish Nordstrom website can provide accurate info. And as such a huge bag, it would be really helpful if it has a water bottle pocket.
