Brighten & Perfect 10% Vitamin C Corrective Serum

This is a wonderful serum and did make my skin appear more revitalised. I do suffer from dark spots and I believe the serum helped to fade them a little. It was easy to apply and the 5ml sample I received has lasted for over a week so far. The only downside is the price of the full sized product.

I have just finished my little tube of this from one of the beauty gifts. Honestly not got a lot of great things to say about the serum and the price is outrageous. Firstly, I think it triggered the worst case of perioral dermatitis I’ve ever known, previously only retinol has triggered me. It also smells really bad, like earthy and funky. The texture itself is nice, not too runny so easy to apply and it absorbs quickly with no stickiness which is good for a vitamin C. I couldn’t use it consistently enough to notice any long term effects like pigmentation improvement, but it does give a nice glow or glass skin effect. No way I could afford this product though.

I received a 5ml sample, and having just looked at the full price, I am rather stunned! Like others, I have found the smell overpowering and rather off putting, although the product is still white rather than discoloured. It has a light texture and is easily absorbed and I think does create a nice glow. I am glad for the opportunity to have tried it , but it is too pricey for me.

I have combination oily skin and love vitamin C to add brightness. I received a deluxe sample of this product without checking the price of the full size product. I really enjoyed the sample, it worked quite well beer makeup. However it was nothing spectacular and have seen similar results from cheaper alternatives. Wouldn’t mind getting another sample but won’t be purchasing full size any time soon.
