Legacy Slim Leather Strap Watch, 42mm

I love the watch, but Nordstrom has terrible policies and customer service agents. My watch arrived dead with no battery. I call their customer service and they say they will put in a new battery at any Nordstrom location. I go to a store to be told that no Nordstrom any where can changes batteries. I was told I would need to return the package and product to get another sent. Instead I went and bought a new battery with a two year warranty for $30. Budget additional money for your watch to work. Nordstrom doesn't care if it does. They will also give you wrong information from their customer service department, so you waste time driving to their store for them to say there is nothing they can do except return the whole thing, start over, and hope it actually arrives with a functioning battery that is advertised.
