What it is: A maximum-strength acne spot treatment that reduces blemish size and redness within four hours.
What it does: Salicylic acid exfoliates to clear pores and smooth skin, while a patented complex inspired by pine and thyme extracts fights irritants while preserving skin's healthy balance. The clear gel formula works well under makeup without pilling or peeling to treat blemishes while concealing.
How to use: Apply a thin layer on the affected areas one to three times daily or as needed.

Best pimple spot treatment
The only thing I have ever found that will absolutely kill any type of pimple. Hate the smell but love the results.
It will eliminate it completely within a day or two.

item not in the box
I purchased this murad spot treatment along with a pair of shoes and this item is no where to be found in the box this is the first time it happens to me and Nordstrom takes no responsibility, I’m so done with Nordstrom online purchase

It worked, but not in four hours
The treatment didn’t reduce redness, acne inflammation or blemishes in four hours as advertised. However, it did all of the above after 3-4 days of consistent use (applying on spots three times per day), hence the four stars. I was desperate after getting lots of unexpected cystic acne at 30, which I haven’t had in the past. It doesn’t smell pleasant and stings during application. It then dries like a clear gel. This may cause skin dryness, which is expected. Overall, happy that the product worked. It was my first Murad purchase and it won’t be my last.

Excellent skin treatment!
I absolutely love the Murad Acne line! I've been using this line for awhile now and it's my favorite. It's not only for acne but for spots and blemishes. It helps with oily skin and clears up any spots you have. My skin has never looked soo good! I'm 43 and i seriously have better skin than i had in my early 20's!

Worth the purchase
I just began using this and like it so far. I was worried it would be too harsh for my sensitive skin, but its not. I like that it has no fragrance and a little goes a long way.
