Carrera Sandal

I wish I knew what on earth was going on in the Munro warehouse when they were still in business- what is with the sizing of their shoes??? I am usually between a 9.5-10 in other brands (more often 9.5 than 10!) and with Munro so far I have a pair of size 10, pair of size 10.5 and now a pair of size 11. I got these sandals in the silver metallic leather, super pretty! I originally tried size 10M and they were too short in length. The leather felt too tight right over my toes, yet a smidge loose over the top of my foot. Size 10.5M was sold out, so I opted for size 11M and the length is great and thankfully the leather fits okay over my foot (even though they are still a smidge loose right over top). They are comfy, and look nice, and were on sale! I would have returned if they were full price due to issues with sizing.

Bought these on a Munro closeout sale. Loved the style, but too narrow for a Wide label! Edge of straps caught on toenail. Sorry to see Munro closing its business.

I’ve been a consistent 8N in Munro for a decade. They were my go to brand. Learned they’re closing the business so trying to stock up with this rare sale. Even the SS was not snug enough to stay on my low volume foot. Other widths may have more luck. In the past, the stacked heel color has worn off on other shoes I’ve bought so be careful how you store them. The leather on this was stiff but may soften with time.

I have worn Munro's for over 10 years because I have narrow feet. I typically wear 8 N, but Munro is not aleways consistent in sizing. Because the Munro company is going out of business I am trying to buy what I can. The tan leather is very nice quality. However, I could not get a size that worked. I following another reviewer and ordered the 8 SS. I could not get muy foot into it. Then I ordered the 8 N. It was too narrow at the front and too much room over the top of my foot. I then tried the 8.5 N hoping it would give me more room to slide my foot in. No luck. They will all go back. It is a nvery nice saldal if you can get the fit right.

I purchase this brand often for its comfort and take a 9B - normal size. These were true to size, but returning as the straps hit my bunion and absolutely killed my feet the second I put them on and I couldn't get them off fast enough. There is not alot of arch support to me on these Munro style shoes and they could have more in my opinion. The footbed does have some padding. If you do not have any foot issues, you will like probably like these and they would probably be comfortable all day. These are just not for my feet and very painful.

The sandal in my usual size was too small. The next size up was much too large and extremely wide even though it was labeled narrow.
