What it is: An SPF-primer hybrid for broad-spectrum sun protection with a blurred finish. The mineral-based shield acts as an airbrush-effect primer, helping to promote a visibly more even-looking complexion with preserved luminosity.

What it does: The Multimodal Sheer Sunscreen is an SPF-primer hybrid with multiplex benefits, all in an ultralightweight formula. Driven by SIREN Capsule Technology, this mineral-based shield features non-nano zinc oxide for a broad-spectrum SPF filter. It also acts as an airbrush-effect primer. It is formulated with pongamia pinnata seed extract, a high-performance antioxidant, plus clary sage extract to help promote a radiant, even-looking complexion.

How to use: Apply the sunscreen liberally and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. It can be used on its own, atop skin care or under makeup for an instant priming and blurring effect

Don’t love it
Wanted to love this, but it pulls over my U Beauty Resurfacing Conpound and Moisturizer. I also think that it dulls the glow that the resurfacing compound and moisturizer give.

Low SPF but a beautiful blur
I purchased this during a U Beauty event under a bit of influence of the spirit of the event. I would not typically purchase such a low SPF product, but the finish is so lovely and blurring. It gives a velvety matte, poreless finish to the skin without the discomfort or tightness of a matte product. I am using this as a primer/stand alone cosmetic product layered over a stronger SPF product. Do not buy as your sole mode of sun protection!

Good Sunscreen and Primer in One!
I really enjoy the texture the Multimodal Sheer Mineral Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 25 leaves behind and my makeup looked quite nice and blurred for most of the ridiculously hot day I first used this product. I do agree with some other users that it dries out my skin, though. I'm still combatting flakiness on my cheeks from that one use, but I'd use it again with heavy doses of moisturizer ahead of time!
