Love this product! I usually wait until I've used the bottle to evaluate the product but this serum is so effective that I'm seeing results after using it for one week. It's a little sticky to apply but absorbs into the skin quickly.

I got a damage item. And a call customer service and they said they will refund then I need to buy a new one but the thing is I bought when this have discount 15% off and I said can I buy a new item with the same discount 15% off and he said yes but I need to refill all my credit card number and everything again and I’m most of the time use the app to buy stuff from Nordstrom. I don’t have the actual card anymore and now he tell me to wait for him to talk with his Manager again and then he made me wait and somehow the waiting music is off and silent for like 15 minutes so totally I am on the phone with him for 45 minutes and on that phone he just let me on hold for ever until I give up and hang up bc I have other thing to do as well.
I love to shop with Nordstrom but you just lost a customer for a few dollars.

Very cost-effective copper peptide
I use this as my dedicated AM copper peptide step and it has been a great addition to my barrier-first routine. The texture is lightweight and layers well over my hydrating toners and under moisturizer and SPF without pilling.
I keep this strictly in my morning routine and avoid using it on retinoid nights, which has worked well for my skin. It pairs nicely with my non-copper peptides (Argireline and Matrixyl used separately) and helps my skin feel calm, hydrated, and supported.
AM use only in my routine (no retinoids in same routine)
Layers well with multiple hydration steps
No irritation and no heaviness
It’s a very cost-effective copper peptide option and fits perfectly into a peptide-focused routine. I will continue to repurchase.

Noticeably firmer and smoother skin

Great for 30 and 60 year old skin
I have purchased this serum often for both myself (30) and my mom (66) over the past year and a half and she has been very happy with it and has has mentioned feeling its absence in her routine when she ran out of it. For my skin, as there are fewer concerns, I can say that I noticed good hydration and better skin barrier, however, I do not use it daily as I use BHA or AHA products in the morning 3 times a week. Definitely a good price considering it's copper peptides and it does deliver at least on some of the things it promises if not all!

Did not work for me
After trying matrixyl, I wanted to try some different peptides and after much thought I decided to give copper peptides a shot. The first couple applications were okay, but then I noticed it would make my skin stingy and red. Sadly I'll have to stop using this as it's doing more harm than good. Guess I'll just stick to the matrixyl.
