Plumps and Smooths

Love this product! I usually wait until I've used the bottle to evaluate the product but this serum is so effective that I'm seeing results after using it for one week. It's a little sticky to apply but absorbs into the skin quickly.

customer service

I got a damage item. And a call customer service and they said they will refund then I need to buy a new one but the thing is I bought when this have discount 15% off and I said can I buy a new item with the same discount 15% off and he said yes but I need to refill all my credit card number and everything again and I’m most of the time use the app to buy stuff from Nordstrom. I don’t have the actual card anymore and now he tell me to wait for him to talk with his Manager again and then he made me wait and somehow the waiting music is off and silent for like 15 minutes so totally I am on the phone with him for 45 minutes and on that phone he just let me on hold for ever until I give up and hang up bc I have other thing to do as well. I love to shop with Nordstrom but you just lost a customer for a few dollars.

Help

Want to try this but not sure how am i supposed to layer it when i do use vjtamin c during the day and retinol at night. Can someone please let me know? Ive been uaing the Matrix one during the day before vitamin C. Thank you

THE BEST BRAND!!!

I don't give reviews and this is a general review of the brand i have been using the ordinary for almost 8 years now and i cant stress enough how amazing this brand is i have tried all and bought many items from here and they are absolutely amazing i have not used any other brand i refuse to i trust this brand and it works wonders for me. THANK YOU THE ORDINARY!! please keep putting out new stuff and don't change formulas you guys are all the best!!

I have only been using this for a month, but....

... I already feel this is an effective product. I use it every night on clean skin, followed by the Moisturising Factors with Phytoceramides (a thick-ish cream that is best used before bed, for me). In the morning my skin looks tighter, with reduced pores and somehow plumper. The serum is very pleasant to use, absorbing well, with no smell or stickiness. Since peptides are a long game, this is crucial for being able to stay with it, which I will certainly be doing. Oh, and although this shouldn't be a real factor, I do love the blue colour! :)
