Do not purchase online
Due to the nature of this shadow, I would have to say it's probably best to purchase in-store and not have shipped. Mine arrived in pieces. This is a great shadow, its just fragile. Nordstrom wrapped it in a plastic bag, not bubble wrap (not sure that would have helped) but one in the hands of the delivery service, there's no telling how it was handled. While this is a great product from MAC I can't give this a 5* as I have lost half (or more) of the product.
