What happened to the shoes???

Well… received my order today and they are going back. What happened to the brand new pair I should receive? The shoes have black stains all over! Are these worn pair or what?? Very disappointed to say the least. In sole have crease where ball of foot would be landed. This pair is my 3rd and not certain whether I should continue to support this designer! Every pair I purchased for this brand 2 out of 3 I received looked like shoes had been worn and I paid full prices.
