Moyen Messenger Bag

I adore this bag. Everything about it is right for me. I love the blue and black checkered pattered weave. The size and s great for everything I need to carry from wallet, phone cosmetic bag and kindle. I like the option of the short and long cross body day straps. I own a lot of bags but I have not stopped using this one since I got it. Yes it’s on the pricier side, but quality always is and this is a bag for a lifetime.

I went back and forth with buying this and I am so happy I did! I was over the Fanny pack and no longer need a diaper bag but have small kids. This fits the bill. It’s oversized, but great with my 5’2 height. I liked the shape and the handles best on this one I stead of the smaller one. Price point is a bit on the higher side for what it is, but I absolutely love the color, pattern and quality.

This bag is ALMOST perfect. Great size and shape, not too heavy. But mine was missing the shoulder strap. The catch is, I got the last one of the color I ordered and when I connected with service, they told me my option was to just return it or buy one on the merchant site. I opted to keep the bag sans shoulder strap (so it's only a cross body) because it's awesome but it was SUPER OFF BRAND of NORDSTROM to just wash their hands of the issue. I could spend $100 bucks on a shoulder strap on the Clare V site but that idea makes me mad too. Reading another review that a shoulder strap is missing makes it sound like Nordstrom has a bigger problem. If you're banking on a shoulder strap, it sounds like you should purchase directly from Clare V.
