Its a thick knit tank

It’s true to size, got my regular M and fit is perfect. Just keep in mind that this is a thick cotton knit tank. The hits perfectly at my waist. No big deal. For the price point which I’m happy to get on sale is appropriate. I just feel FP apparel is just way too overpriced.
