Size Small for 38R if you like it snug
I and 165 lbs, wear a 38R suit jacket and have no belly. The size Small is fantastic to hug my chest and shoulders a little bit and not be tight around my core.
At my pandemic weight of 185 I would have preferred a Medium.

Really like the sleeve buttons

Cuts weird but quality of the materials good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arms are too long while the chest / mid section is too tight. My guess is this was made for skinny or lankier guys. The stretch is forgiving, material is butter soft, and color is awesome just wish it fit better.
