How to use: Start with clean skin and prep with any facial oil or serum to ensure a smooth glide and deeper nourishment.

To use the gua sha tool: hold the tool flat against the face. Begin at the forehead and scrape upward from the brows to the hairline. Move to the cheeks and glide outwards from the sides of the nose toward the ears. Use the curved edge along the jawline, starting at the chin and sweeping toward the ear. Gently massage around the ear to release built-up tension. For the under-eye area, use extralight pressure and sweep from the inner corner to the temple.

To use the facial roller: start at the center of the face and roll outward across the cheeks. Move to the forehead, rolling upward from the brows to the hairline. Finish by rolling downward from below the lower lip to the chin and along the jawline.
