How to use: Warm several pumps between your hands and massage onto clean, dry or slightly damp skin. Using the Vitality Qi Stainless Steel Body Sculpt & Release Tool (sold separately), gently glide over the body with long, slow strokes, working toward the heart and focusing on areas like the legs, arms, back, shoulders, hips and feet. Slow your movements, breathe deeply and allow the ritual to become a moment of relaxation and reconnection with your body.
