This is my first MOTHER jeans purchase. I was really looking forward to them. However, the jeans run very big, especially in the hip and crotch area. They are excessively stretchy and the fit of these jeans just doesn't wear well. For reference, I'm 5'2", 102 lbs and purchased size 23. I measured these against a random pair of size 24 jeans and these jeans (size 23) were over an inch larger in the hip and waist areas than the 24's
