year round off white jeans
I pay attention to the elasticity in which ever pair of mother jeans I purchase in order to get the right fit since I typically purchase online.
If there’s 2%, i will buy my usual size. If there’s 1% only, I know i need to size up. If there’s 3%, then I size down. whenever I buy a lighter color I size up too. I’m 5’4” short waisted, 130lbs and usually wear a 28. I sized up due to color, because I don’t mind the looser fit. It hits a bit lower than my ankles which was perfect for what I wanted. I love the off white color! I plan to buy this exact Jean in a darker color in size 28 too!

Great pair of white denim
Mother denim sizing can be inconsistent sometimes. I have multiple pairs in sizes 24 and 25 (5’1”, 111 lbs, short torso). I purchased size 24 and they fit great, except I will have to alter the length maybe about an inch. I was worried they would be too tight, but they are comfortable. Anytime there is elastic in the material, I stick with a 24 and they eventually mold to my body without getting too loose.

These pants do NOT have a zip fly! It is a button fly. I would never have ordered if the description had been correct.

Weird Sizing, Unflattering Button Fly
I’m a solid size 6, and the 28s were snug. The pockets are funny; they don’t sit right. And the button fly adds this weird pooch that isn’t flattering at all. I wish it were a zip fly. They are also see-through. I noticed they did not photograph the model on her left side for that reason. Unless you’re a size 4 or smaller, these aren’t going to be flattering. To make matters worse, I was sent a pair with the security tag still attached 🤦🏻♀️. Sloppy.

Crème de la crème!
These jeans are the perfect amount of stretch and have a nice weight that is sturdy enough toffee supportive but light enough to work for summer. They are very soft. I like that the color is not bright white, but a softer ivory ("cream puff") color. The fit feels perfect, so I hope they don't stretch too much. I am 5'7'' and the hem hits me lower than pictured - more of an ankle length. I was originally looking for a raw hem. But I can always get them hemmed raw. In short, expensive but worth it in terms of cost per wear - these are so versatile, I'm sure I'll be wearing them for years.
