Moroccan Neroli Shaving Duet

First time trying Aesop products so decided to give their shaving duet a try while on sale. As with other Aesop products these come scented, a neroli scent giving an herbaceous (not floral), very organic leafy green scent that is not overpowering. The shaving serum was good, it works to a light lather once applied to wet skin, however given that it’s a serum I found it dries out fairly quickly after applying over neck area (reason why I’m giving it 4 stars). I had to remoisten my neck area several times and reapply to help my straight razor (shavette) glide smoothly over neck and cheek area. It’s consistency is smooth and very light making it easy to apply. I found the post shave cream to be a great moisturizer. Overall, a great shaving experience. I would buy again but only if I find them on sale.

My husband thinks this is a real everyday treat and loves the fragrance and the smooth shave this gives him so I buy this set on repeat for him when it is available. Like most of Aesop range this smells great and works well on sensitive skin , I often use shave oil myself as its a nice perfume for either sex.

Purchased this for my partner and he absolutely adores it. This alleviates the shaving experience and the scent is great, however will not recommend for sensitive skin due to the scent. However this leaves the skin very cleanly shaven and my partner looks so smart. Highly recommmended
