Could Not Open Zipper
I ordered this on-line and was not able to open the zipper. I tried everything. For such an expensive coat I would at the very least expect to be able to try it on. It was a disappointment. And I agree with other reviewers - it runs small. Order up - especially if the zipper doesn't work.
