Moon Raffia Tote

My excitement immediately turned to disappointment when I unwrapped the already torn-open packaging. The stitching of the shark is very loose and the bag I received had multiple pulled threads. These are thick embroidery threads so it's super obvious. I don't know if the bag was used and then returned, but if so, shame on Nordstrom for the absence of quality control. Regardless, it could barely pass for $5 bag, nevermind $500.

Love this bag! Surprisingly roomy. I have gotten tons of compliments on it.
