What it does: Magnesi-om contains three essential magnesiums to help restore balance to a cellular level in addition to nootropic L-theanine to help add calmness. Highly recommended
Amazing. I am a night owl to a fault. All my life, bedtime could never be before 1 am. I tried cbd oil, gummies, melatonin, some worked a tad. This has changed my life. No exaggeration! I feel so relaxed and sleepy, writhin 10 minutes of taking it. I wake up so refreshed and relaxed! Amazing product! Will purchase over and over.

not worth it
Tastes like berry medicine, doesn’t help me with anything it claims to help with. The powder really doesn’t mix well with certain liquids like milk. Have tried a few times and a few days in a row hoping my body just needed to adapt as I hate taking pills and the powder seemed like a great option. Not worth the money for this product. Maybe if it was half the price but it’s nonsense in a bottle either way. Another gimmick

Tastes really good!!
Knowing that magnesium is real beneficial to sleep and also helps your body to absorb vitamin D, this is a nice supplement. It tastes yummy..I mix it before I go to bed. It may help me to sleep deeper, I don’t really know. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks now and tried it because I needed a magnesium supplement. I have never been a great sleeper anyway and am waiting to see if this will help.

I love it .
During these hard times, taking care of ones immune system is important & so is controlling your stress. This product combined with others from moon juice had calmed me down and made me look forward to mixing these potions.

Favorite magnesium supplement!
This products was gifted to me by Moon Juice. I’ve been unwinding my day with a glass every night and it’s truly the highlight of my day. I can feel a huge difference in my sleep when I forget to drink. It relaxes me and my body and I love that it helps my achy joints. Wish the bottle was bigger but I can’t complain otherwise!
