The ordering process was not seamless but I connected with an excellent sales rep in the Burlington mall men's suit department, and he helped orchestrate the purchase. I was a little concerned the jacket might be too long in the arms, given the reported model height of 6-1 and I'm 5-8, but it was a great fit. It's a sport fit, so no extra room if you're carrying extra pounds.
