What it is: A refillable, soft, weightless lipstick that delivers buildable coverage and a diffused matte finish.

What it does: The lipstick is formulated with Micro-Fit technology, featuring a lightweight texture that glides seamlessly, fusing upon contact with the lips and feeling weightless. Infused with bifidus extract and jojoba oil, with Prada Monochrome lip quality looks visibly upgraded. The 13 luminous, long lasting matte colors are formulated with a white base and only 3 pure color pigments to reproduce the luminosity of the Prada nylon fabric in soft, diffused colors designed to flatter a range of skin tones. When reloaded with a consciously designed Prada refill, this reusable case contributes to a more responsible use of resources. By reloading your case with a refill, you may use 76% less packaging compared to repurchasing a full lipstick.*

How to use: For defined matte lips, use Prada Monochrome Soft Matte Lipstick. Use the triangle shaped bullet to define a sharp lip contour. Starting with the Cupid's bow, fill in the lips. It glides effortlessly and delivers soft matte color in one stroke.

What A Great Diffused Matte

I am getting up to that age where no matter what I do I have lip lines. Matte is the only formula that stays put and does not migrate into my lines. But matte formulas usually suck every ounce of moisture out of my lips. I have tried most premium brands. This is a winner! It truly becomes a second skin. You can layer it if you want a darker color. This formula will also allow you to put some sunblock balm under it and it won’t streak or ball up. I am fair, have blonde hair and green eyes. I got b105 Tonka. It is a cool toned plummish brown. Not too dark or goth. I came back and got r129 Grannto. A nice bright red. It is a wearable, everyday red. I love these. More colors, please.

Chemical residue and underwhelming performance

For a Prada product? I'm disappointed. This lipstick has an awful chemical taste to it. The coverage is ok. The texture is waxy. This lipstick feels like an offbrand crayon or my Grandmother's avon samples from the 1990s. The packaging is exquisite but the formula is horrid.

Nice except the awful scent

Everything about this lipstick is luxurious and great, but it has a lingering scent that reminds me of my grandma’s perfume from the 80s. It’s very strong and doesn’t go away. The scent doesn’t feel classic, but old. Otherwise, the shape of the lipstick is great for getting every part of the lip, the refillable idea is great, the magnetic closure is cool, and the buildable color is really nice. If not due to the scent I’d buy again, but will think twice now.

Disappointed

I wanted to try a new nude and had high hopes for Prada’s B101 lipstick. Unfortunately the lipstick case arrived broken. Since the shipping box appeared fine and inside was ample protection I can only assume there was a quality control issue. I don't mine paying more but I expect higher quality in return. The color is nice but I don't think its better than other nudes I have tried. This one is a return for me.

Love It

Truly awesome color. I'm a pink fan because it looks good on me of course but everything would always be high schoolish pink. This has that pink tone, but a pink like you healthy skin tone, light, I guess that's the blurr part of it. Regadless, I finally found a lipstick that I actually like to wear all the time and not have to deal with those violet stain or MAC or crazy intense color that looks good at home but once you're out and see yourself in the mirrory yikes! So worth the price.

This lipstick is so good!

I love this lipstick. Spendy but I think worth it. I also like the cosmetic-y scent it has. I feel like this is perfect for people who like to gently dab lipstick to create a diffused look. I find the formula easy to work with and it is comfortable on the lips.
