Thank you for your review, pure Sterling Silver is an incredibly previous metal that can be easily damaged which is why we fuse ours with 7.5% firmer metals (making 925 Sterling Silver) so that jewellery can stand the test of time! However, precious metals can still be scratched if they come across something harsh. Fine scratches can be polished out and we can offer a free polishing cloth to assist! Doesnt hold up well
Really loved this at first. And must say their customer service at the MV section is amazing (Nordstroms) but thing ring scratches sooooo easily. I've maybe had this two months and it looks very worn. Bummed this didn't hold up better.
