Great for engraving!

I designed my locket to commemorate the passing away of my dog. I love the engraving flexibility and all the engraving locations outside and inside really gave me a chance to include the details I wanted. The piece is shiny and pretty and I also really love the warranty from this company — Monica Vinader does an excellent job of ensuring customer satisfaction with their warranty program. I am a loyal customer and highly recommend this product.

Faulty

The locket doesn’t close properly and is hard to open. Also, if you want to print a picture for your pocket the size guide doesn’t include this design as advertised which makes it pretty difficult.

Lovely locket, take care if personalising

I love the locket and it is exactly as it appears on the website. I was a little disappointed, however, with the engraving. Due to the number of characters in my message, we were unable to easily read what was written. Had I realised it would appear so small, I would’ve chosen some different (shorter) words.
