Disappointed
I am very disappointed with my gold Vermiel Capri Kashi Pearl necklace, the pearls are too tightly packed on the string and there is no drape at all to the necklace, it is stiff and uncomfortable to wear, the engraving is very tiny and it actually feels rough to the touch on the back of the disc, also there’s no hall marking on the pendant, there is 925 stamped on the clasp. As you operate in the accessible luxury or Demi fine space of jewellers I would have expected the quality to be equal to your competitors, sadly it is not the case. I would return if you excepted returns on engraved pieces.

Poor engraving
Necklace is fine but so disappointed in the engraving, it's so tiny and difficult to read even though it was the largest I could get to fit, looks nothing like the size I ordered. Spoilt the gift for my granddaughters twenty first birthday
