Clasp links small; poor customer service
Love the necklace quality. The clasp links are tiny, difficult to use. I contacted Vinader, asking for a diff clasp. They told me I should be able to open it. No help; no service. Disappointed. Needs a lobster claw or larger link.

Love but links hard to open
Love the look of the chain. It has 2 of the links that open so you can put a pendant on it which I do. Nice alone and layered. I have the bracelet too which you can add to lengthen. The only thing I do not like about the chain is that it is very difficult to get on and off. The clasps are so durable and strong that it is difficult to open to clasp and keep it open while trying to hook it. It is time consuming to put on. It is nice quality and I have worn a few times. I do not see visible scratches on it yet. Came with a nice polishing cloth.
