Skyfall Glitter Denim Jacket

Monfrere is insanely overpriced for the quality. I ordered this jacket thinking it was cool from photos online and the short video on the Nordstrom website. It looks like it would be made out of a cool glitter fabric. But in reality it is a coated denim jacket that has been sprayed with glitter. It’s like Halloween or body glitter spray that’s been sprayed on it. The glitter is uneven and missing in spots like the collar. When I tried on the jacket, a ton of glitter fell down all over the floor, my shoes, my pants. Glitter got everywhere! This would be a disaster if you wore it and got in your car. On top of it all, I ordered a plain coated denim jacket from Monfrere on final sale and it was defective. I got that jacket for $134 and it wasn’t even worth that. Monfrere customer service acknowledged the defect and said they would do something about it but then ghosted me and never responded to any of my emails. They don’t back up their product and the customer. Luckily Nordstrom has great customer service and will have you covered if you buy something that you aren’t satisfied with or is defective. It’s insane that Monfrere charges $500+ for these jackets, totally not worth it. Someone’s that money on John Varvatos , Allsaints, or Ksubi where you get quality for the price.
