Sable Lightweight Down Quilted Puffer Coat

I tried on about 7 Moncler styles and most were just a little too highly detailed for me. I wanted a good lightweight above knee coat and this is perfect. It’s a great length and very flattering. I’m not sure about warmth yet since I haven’t tested it in different climates but seems to be a little lighter weight then some of the others I tried. This is my second Moncler and although pricey they really are beautiful and very high quality. I am 5’8” 140 lbs and purchased a 3. I wanted a little room for possibly a lightweight down vest underneath for travel.

I love the jacket, it’s lite weight but it keeps you warm. It’s perfect for California Covid outdoor dining. I already worn it a couple of times. It’s not bulky and the length is perfect, it’s really flattering. Cute with sneakers and a slim fitting jogger or jeans. I bought a size 2 and I am a 4 or 6 in US sizing 36 EU 42 IT and it fits perfect. It’s a little slimmer cut than some other moncler jackets tho, so if you need to wear bulky sweaters underneath you might need to size up in this style.

This moncler coat is a gorgeous light weight version of their brand. I so wanted it to fit but no luck. While I usually wear a 4 in Moncler, the fit was just too narrow for me. It's an A line fit and while the shoulders were in the right place I felt it tight across my chest. The larger size would not have worked. I wish Moncler would offer straighter versions of their coats. Not all of us get a flattering fit from an a line. That being said, if this style works for you, it really is a great piece.
