Not for the curvy
Although the light weight of this coat is great, the fit is not very flattering. It is very narrow in the shoulders so if you are broad up top and size up, the high tie makes it look dreadful. After purchasing and returning two different sizes on-line, I ultimately had to go inside the store for assistance. An amazing sales associate helped me find a different more flattering Moncler coat and now I am very happy :)

Moncler Barbel Jacket
I own similar version in size 0 from seven years ago in black and wear it three seasons out of the year. It’s an amazing jacket and worth every penny. The new version however runs very small especially in the shoulders and arms and the placement of the drawstring is not as flattering as the older version. Wish they would go back to the original version! If you decide to get one I recommend going up a size. Nordstrom unfortunately now only carries Moncler online so had no way of knowing this. The champagne color is a great neutral and I can see getting a lot of use from it.

great travel coat
I am 5’2 petite and a size 2-4, the 2 fit perfectly, size up if you want a looser fit. It’s perfect for travel, packs down well and feels light as air and keeps you nice and warm. Love this coat, very flattering on the waistline as most Moncler coats are.
