Mona Cutwork Lace Shirtdress

I needed a white dress for a church event. This would have been perfect, except it seems to run very small across the bust line and there is no stretch in the fabric. I tried on a 4, which fit perfectly at the waist bur small in the bust. I subsequently ordered a 6 and an 8 and both were tight across the bust while getting looser and looser at the waist. Not a dress for curvy girls or girls with hourglass shapes
