the packaging felt disappointing
I wanted to share some feedback about my recent order.
The item arrived without a box and was wrapped only in paper, and it was visibly crushed.
For a $50 item, the packaging felt disappointing, especially since it could have been intended as a gift.
I’m not necessarily requesting a return, but I wanted to share this so future orders can be packaged more carefully.

good product but poor packaging
I recently ordered the Baretto Mojave Ghost hand lotion from Nordstrom, and unfortunately, the condition it arrived in was very disappointing. The packaging was poor, and the tube itself looked dirty and mishandled. It honestly seemed like it may have been a returned item that was resold.
For a retailer like Nordstrom, I expected much better quality control and presentation. This was not the clean, new product experience I anticipated, especially for a higher-end item. I hope this is addressed so future customers don’t have the same experience.
