What it does: Philip Kingsley's moisture-regulating formula leaves your hair smooth, shiny and manageable. Rich and aromatic, patchouli and vetiver layered with warm spiced black pepper mingles with a heart of lavender and floral petitgrain brushed with sparkling citrus and yuzu adds lift to the blend.

Love the moisture balance conditioner. My hair tended to be on the dry side at the mid to end of lengths. Various conditioners were tried but the hair invariably returned to its naturally dull and dry appearance. Since using the Philip Kingsley product I now find the lengths much more hydrated and would urge anyone with a similar problem to give the moisture balance a try
