Love the shoes! Hate the service!

Love these shoes but my almost 1200 shoes came in a messed up Prada box with torn tissue, broken up authenticity cards and no dust bag…oh and they never applied my $300 in Nordstrom Nots. Called customer service 3x and they kept disconnecting me.
