Terrible experience…
Buyers beware! I never received the item that was supposed to be a gift. Called customer service 3 times over the course of a week and got the same answer that all they can see was that it was delivered to the store 10 days ago. Still in a “preparing your order” status. They assured me after I putting a ticket that manager would reach out to help find the item. TWICE. No one ever reached out… Customer service was zero help! Should’ve just bought from Williams Sonoma. Please don’t buy from Nordstrom, go anywhere else but here.
