Wore for two weeks climbing in and out of pyramids. Excellent grip; lightweight; handled sand, gravel, and rock well. Negatives: I did order a LIGHTER color as advertised. Mine was dark. WHY?

Loved them, but...
I had to return them. I loved the look but the way they're made just made it too hard for me to get them on and off; I was afraid I'd avoid wearing them for that reason.

All around awesome shoe
These are really great shoes. I took these rafting in the Grand Canyon and they were the only shoes i needed. My feet were wet half of the day and they were also great for hiking. If sand gets in the shoe it is easy to get it out.

These are the BOMB!
LOVE these shoes! I have rocked *many* pairs of Merrells over the decades, at any point in time they can represent half or more of my current line up.
I have been waiting *decades* for someone to combine a sandal with a trail runner and Merrell was kind enough to oblige.
It breaths like a sandal, traverses like a trail shoe and looks good enough (in coyote) to satisfy business casual.
Comfy as hell, no bind spots, great heal cup.
I add into it a SOLE insole and I wont take these back off till fall.
Well done folks. I bough extra pairs in case these don't become a long running regular (which would be a tragedy and a travesty).
