Everywhere and every day shoes.

I bought the Moab hiker to replace an old pair. I ended up taking them on my trip to Ireland. I am impressed that they feel broken in on day one. I ended up walking in urban areas, on roc ky trails, across sandy beaches and wet grass. Nothing stopped these shoes. I highly recommend getting the water proof pair. The top shoelace hooks are different from before, but I think they are an improvement. I highly recommend these Merrell shoes!

Waste of money.

Bought these because it said that they are waterproof. 5 minutes in a medium rain and both feet are wet. Don't waste your money. Buy a waterproof boot from a company that knows what the word waterproof means. These guys obviously don't

More Merrell’s

In the last few months I have bought the new Zips which I love. Last month my new MOAB 3 and as of today with the great promotional deal order my new Jungle Moc. Folks I’m not paid by anyone or given anything I just know the quality of Merrell. As for some people that has had an issue yours is probably like my only issue I caused the damage not the shoe. If you do have a issue reach out to Merrell.

Longest lasting hiking boots!

My husband has been wearing the Moab’s for years. These are the only thing he wears. With each new pair, he downgrades the oldest one to yard work. He will not get rid of any of them. The only issue we have come across is that the tab at the top where you loop the laces over is not the same as the ones we’ve bought before. He finds it difficult to totally tie it off without having to do each side individually instead of just lacing up and wrapping two laces around to tie off. Other than that, I have to assure you that these Moab boots are comfortable, made of quality goods, and last forever! There are 3 pair sitting in front of me right now, two in the garage, and several more in the basement as “backups”. They wear so well! Will definitely buy them again.

Liked them - but not waterproof

Liked them, good light mid hiker, no break in needed. Not waterproof. Took 2 stars off for this. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars as a lower end hiker - comfortable, supportive enough, really comfortable, good for what it is. But they say it is waterproof , it is not. Leaked quickly and easily. Foe the price, they should be waterproof. I would not buy or recommend this boot because for the price, they are not worth it if you want a waterproof boot.
