Beautiful fabric but fit is off

The fabric is beautiful and true to the colors shown in the photo. I was really disappointed in the fit. The dress is completely without structure and relies entirely on the belt to cinch the waist. I had expected some built in construction. My torso is on the longer side (I'm 5'6", size 4) and the belt hit well above my natural waist which made for awkward proportions. I wanted to love this but will be returning.
