Details & care

An homage to the classic military field watch that lives up to the reputation in both style and substance with its readable, dial marked with Arabic numerals and luminous hands and dot markers. Time your training and competitions via the ease-to-use chronograph functions.

Measurements: 40mm case; 12mm case depth; 20mm band width.

Strap/closure: Leather strap with adjustable buckle closure.

Movement: Three-hand Swiss Japanese quartz movement. Quartz movement: powered by a battery and features an internal electrical circuit to control the rate of the watch's ticking.

Complications: Elapsed-seconds and -hours subdials.

Other features: Super-LumiNova® hands and markers; interchangeable strap with quick-release pins.

Face: Acrylic.

Fantastic watch! Especially for the

Fantastic watch! Especially for the money. The appearance of this watch is on par with much more expensive field/pilot chronographs. It looks way better in person than the stock photos. The size is perfect for my 7" wrist, and the casework and lug shape look great. There is not a second hand. The second hand is actually the tachometer hand. But being a quartz watch this does not bother me at all. The strap it comes with is very good IMO. And I like the color. And because the supplied strap is quick release, you can swap straps easily. I added a ventage looking black leather strap with white stitching and it looks really good IMO. I have more expensive watches, but this one is in my regular rotation. Great job Timex! Please make this MK1 watch with a blue dial and I'll buy it!
