Mixed Stitch Wool Blend Tie

Nordstrom canceled my order four times rather than honor the sale price I paid. Each time, the item would mysteriously reappear at my local store 1-2 days later at a higher price. I contacted customer service three times. Each time, representatives assured me the item was available and placed a new order that "wouldn't be canceled again." All three promises were broken. I persisted because I wanted this tie to match my BV cardigan in the same fabric, but more importantly, I'm appalled by this business practice. If you can't honor a price, don't offer it.
