Mixed Rib Long Sleeve Virgin Merino Wool Sweater Dress

I really liked the dress but it was a little too snug through the bust. It was also too long - almost a maxi length (I am 5’5-12 and the sleeves were also too long. Unfortunately I had to return it. I attempted to return it at the Oceanside, CA Rack where I had picked it up the previous day but they refused to accept it because it is a “designer” dress even though the instructions I received clearly said that I could return it there. I had carefully folded it back in the box that it came in but the cashier tore up the plastic bag that was covering it and threw it all back in the box as if it were a rag!! I am not happy and will be calling the store manager in the morning. I ended up taking it to the FedEx location a couple of blocks away
