Cute dress I would say this dress does fit true to size .In my opinion if you are culturally proportioned in the hips and but area you may want to size up unless you do not mind the pockets opening along the sides. I’m normally a medium in dresses,ordered size large the pockets gaped opened which was not o my liking .Thankfully there was an XL available so going to return the L and try the XL.My top proportion is a small to medium.I pray the XL isn’t too large. Dress is cute with &w/o the belt.You have to find the size you feel comfortable with.
