I am extremely cold natured and this outfit does the job to perfection! (Bought the set) It’s warm and slightly less $$ than other brands. So comfy I wish I could wear it out of the house. Pants a little long but that’s fine

Nordstrom lack of customer service
I purchased 7 pieces from this collection the last 2 were through Nordstrom my purchase arrived and on my ring doorbell video the delivery man tossed the package on the ground then cupped his genitals and then rang my doorbell the purchase ended up with the top being defective the pants were ok there was a hole in the top I had to drive to Nordstrom to return my defective purchase the staff were clueless the manager was such a huge disappointment absolutely no compensation for my damaged goods my time spent trying to fix their mistake I decided to stop shopping at Nordstrom this is a absolutely negative experience Nordstrom used to stand above the rest in customer service NOT Anymore looks like I’ll be doing my Christmas shopping at Neiman Marcus I’ve been a Nordstrom credit card holder for over 25 years but not using my Nordstrom card any longer
