Mix Print Long Sleeve Minidress

This dress is so comfortable and I got so many compliments the first time I wore it. It looked shorter on the model than it does on me, but I am glad about that. I’m 61 and I was afraid the style might be too young for me. I have only one issue and it’s strictly due to my body shape: the dress has a slight flair that starts at the very top of my thighs. Snug shapewear smoothed me out though! If this dress had pockets, I’d wear it all the time.

When I saw this online, I was intrigued by the pattern and the shape of the dress. Noting the sizing, I decided to try both a four and a six ….something made me think that this might be slightly more fitted and I was correct. I went with the six. I will say that when I first pulled it out of the bag I was going to almost return it without even trying it on and then at the last minute I decided to do that before I sent it back to Nordstrom. I was walking through the house and my husband just fell back and said wow that looks great. There was something about the feel of the fabric initially that turned me off, but once it was on my body It felt different. The V-neck is not too low and the shape is very flattering. Kind of creates a waist, skims the hips, and overall creates a very lovely hourglass outline. I live in a very warm climate so I’m looking forward to cooler days and nights to be able to wear this. I might pair it with some fun tights and boots. The price point made me consider it in the first place and is definitely a big big plus.

I was in the market for a dress with sleeves that could be worn either casual or dressed up. I liked the color scheme so I ordered it. Wow, it looks great on! So versatile, can be worn with a nice solid jacket to dress it up and the colors are amazing. The fabric is very nice. 5’2”, 118lb,36D and the size 6 was perfect. Thank you Nordstrom for being my “go to” store for superior products and service!
