Mini Straw Backpack

The bag arrived with lovely packaging but as I unpacked it, I became more confused. I could not figure out how to remove the top handle easily so I could attach the second handle that also came with the bag. The biggest issue was if I used the handle, the backpack handles were unwieldy and flapping everywhere. Perfection could be achieved if the backpack straps could be removed if I wanted to use the handle. If using as a backpack, the handle was then unwieldy and flapping unnecessarily. The lining inside was wonderful. So close to being the right bag! Bag designers, please go back to the drawing board and make a few simple updates. Then, this will be the bag I use on my summer vacation trips.

I bought this to use primarily as a backpack so did not need to attach the handle. Whoever designed this bag has never worn a backpack. I put the straps on smallest setting and they were still too long and the straps sit very wide on shoulders so fall off as you walk. Was really disappointed as it’s stylistically what I was looking for but sadly had to return as it does not function as a backpack. Putting the straps closer together and allowing the straps to adjust much shorter would solve the problem.
