Arrived with no Strap, No refund or help returning

Bag arrived with no strap, no packing list, outside of dustbag. I've been trying to contact customer service since I purchased outside of the country and all they offer is me returning it to the store while I'm not in the US. Naguedi does not sell replacement straps, then you are stuck purchasing straps that are not original.

Disappointed

Loved the purse but the strap was not in the shipment. Nordstrom could not send me just the strap so I had to return it and they were now sold out. This is actually the second purse I saw that did not have the strap which makes me wonder if I ended up getting the one that was returned. Really need to do some work on your quality control Nordstom.
