Dysfunctional straps
I don't understand the high reviews. You can't actually wear this is as a backpack because it sticks out at a weird angle because of the single connection at the top - you would need two connectors at the top for this to function as a backpack, not one. You also can't adjust the straps to wear this as a purse. Also, the slot in the back is very small. I have the smallest phone size, but it still wouldn't fit.

I got my backpack today and I’m taking it back. It states cellphone pocket on back but it’s too small for a cellphone. And as an other review said it does not lay right on your back. It hangs at an angle. But quality is very nice and roomy inside the bag for its size

very cute design and good size for mini backpack
Loved the design, the key fob tag, the size and shape. But I don’t care for the “dry” leather feel where it almost feels like a construction paper texture and don’t love how it doesn’t specify anywhere in/on bag where it is made. You have to reach out to the company to find out.
