beautiful elegant
I would get this bag befor i spend 2000 on a bag with gold cheap chain I saw it in the store so beautiful but it will snag clothes I would still have purchased goes with everything and chain is thick and good quality all his bags last years I have many inside is a beautiful royal blue must have !!I wanted the larger one but it was not a crossbody but I will also buy if I can lol great price bags are from London the town of fashion and you can tell they have excess to many quality textiles love this brand great for a mom with kids and you still want to have a quality handbag

Too small. Won’t fit a phone!
Way to small. Won’t even fit a phone. It should say that it won’t fit a phone in the description so people don’t bother ordering it and opt for the larger model or a completely different bag!

The staff is horrible
I’ve purchased now two of these items and each one has come in a box with a dust bag. I did a order online and pick up in store, and the purse was just thrown into a bag so when I inquired about the box and dust bag, the customer service woman and handbags told me, Kurt Geyer isn’t sold with those items you need to purchase luxury goods in order to have that. Which is totally incorrect considering every one I’ve purchased has had a box and dust back this store will treat you as if you’re trash if you’re not buying something they consider high value. This was supposed to be a gift they just threw in a bag. Horrible customer service
